As noted on our Insurance/Payment page not all our practitioners are in network with all insurances. If you are choosing to receive services from an out of network provider you waive some federal rights by acknowledging that you agree to pay the full fee-for-service and/or utilize an out-of-network benefit rather than the in-network benefit that may be less expensive but available to you only with a different (in-network) provider.
