A Little About Us

We are hiring for part or full time W2 counselors. We are accepting applications for both fully licensed and associate licensed counselors.

We listen to the needs of our staff and offer a healthy work environment with emphasis on work/home balance. We never ask you to spend time at work that you're not compensated for and our business model is financially secure - so your job here is secure too.

We trust our clinicians to do work they are proud of without micromanagement or excessive oversight. Clinicians have input into their schedule and we offer flexibility as needed.

Even though we are a small, locally owned group practice, we offer benefits including medical, vision and dental, to all full time employees. Paid sick leave is available to all employees.

Associate level employees receive free on site supervision from an LMHC which is considered work time and is compensated as such. All employees have regular access to skilled case consultation and support.

We value growth and diversity. We provide opportunities for mentorship and supervision in a variety of areas including underserved populations and areas of social justice. We are a woman-owned and Black-owned small business.

Each clinician has a $250+ per year training stipend. Our generous supply budget supports a variety of non-talk modalities such as art, play, and horticultural therapy. We also provide all equipment required for our hybrid telehealth and in person model.

Our amazing Front Office Admin takes care of billing, scheduling, and more. Paperwork is virtually non-existent; and our beautiful Olympia office is compassionate and low-stress.

We currently offer our clients a hybrid model for in person and telehealth and could accommodate an employee who would prefer to work partially remote with provided equipment and software. However at least some of your hours would need to be at our beautiful Olympia office.

If you are looking for a supportive opportunity to see clients in dynamic ways without administrative strings, office politics, or overwhelming policies and procedures – then this is the right place for you!
